  • External network security scanning
  • DNS configuration analysis
  • SSL/TLS certificate assessment
  • Subdomain discovery and analysis
  • Port scanning and service identification
  • Security vulnerability reporting

Important: Our scans are external, non-invasive assessments only. We do not attempt to exploit vulnerabilities or access internal systems.

Australian Privacy Compliance

  • You will use scan results responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws

⚠️ Important Authorization Requirement

You must only scan domains you own or have explicit written permission to assess. Unauthorized scanning may violate computer crime laws. AffinityMSP is not responsible for misuse of our Service.

4. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

Service Limitations:

  • Scans are external assessments only - internal vulnerabilities may not be detected
  • Results are point-in-time assessments - security posture may change
  • Not all vulnerabilities may be identified in automated scans
  • Service availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues
  • Scan depth may be limited for performance optimization

Disclaimers:

  • Results are provided "as is" without warranties of completeness or accuracy
  • AffinityMSP is not liable for security breaches or damages resulting from vulnerabilities
  • Professional security consultation is recommended for comprehensive assessments
  • Users are responsible for implementing security recommendations

5. Data Retention & Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:

  • Encrypted data transmission and storage
  • Access controls and authentication systems
  • Regular security audits and monitoring
  • Secure cloud infrastructure (Supabase/AWS)

Data Retention: We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. Audit results are retained for 12 months unless you request earlier deletion.
